Request for Administrative Hearing
Pursuant to 915 KAR 1:010, Section 3(8) and Section 6(3), to request an administrative hearing, an applicant must submit a written request to the Office of Medical Cannabis.
Applicants must use the form provided by the Office, which you can find
here.
Once the form is complete, please email the form and a copy of any written notice and/or documentation that you have received relating to
this appeal to kymedcan@ky.gov.
Any hearing resulting from this request shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
