Welcome to the Kentucky Medical Cannabis Program's Authorized Practitioner Directory. The below tool provides a list of the practitioners authorized to issue written certifications recommending the use of medical cannabis to patients in Kentucky, along with their contact information, address, and a link for office directions. 

You may search the directory by city, county, zip code, or practitioner specialty. Visiting an authorized medical cannabis practitioner is the first step for patients to become cardholders in Kentucky and must be accomplished before a qualified patient may apply for a registry identification card through the program's Patient and Caregiver Registry Portal.
