Counties, cities, and local governments were able to enacted a resolution to put the question of allowing cannabis business operations in their jurisdiction on the ballot during the November 2024 election.
Each county and city that put the question of allowing cannabis business operations within their jurisdiction voted "Yes." Below are a list of counties and cities that put licensing on the ballot as well as a map that reflects this data.

Local Government Ballot Resolutions
Counties, cities, and local governments are not required to notify the Office if they have enacted a resolution to put the question of allowing cannabis business operations in their jurisdiction on the ballot. Below are a list of counties, cities, and local governments that have made the Office aware of enacting such resolution.
