On January 2, 2025, the Office joined the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet on the Bluegrass Beat Podcast to discuss the recent legalization of medical cannabis. They discussed key aspects of the new law, resources, and critical information about the legislation with Ingrid Geiser, Legal Training Instructor at the Department of Criminal Justice Training. The Office's Outreach Team is able to provide presentations and/or trainings to interested law enforcement organizations. If you would like to schedule a presentation by a representative from the Office, please fill out the Event Participation Form and email to Malaya.Rivers@ky.gov at least two weeks prior to the event.
